3. The signature of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food may be affixed by means of an automatic device on the permits issued by the Minister under
(1)  the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14);
(2)  the Act respecting commercial aquaculture (chapter A-20.2) and the Act respecting commercial fishing and commercial harvesting of aquatic plants (chapter P-9.01);
(3)  subparagraphs m and n of the first paragraph of section 9 of the Food Products Act (chapter P-29); and
(4)  the Marine Products Processing Act (chapter T-11.01).
